How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. Having an account lets you track orders, save your shipping information, and get access to exclusive offers.
I forgot my password. What should I do?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods tailored for anglers:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx with tracking
2. Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 day delivery via EMS with tracking

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Austin, Texas warehouse.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
How are fishing rods packaged for shipping?
Your gear is packed by fellow anglers who understand the importance of protecting delicate equipment. Rods are shipped in protective tubes, and reels/lures are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We take extra care with all our shipments because we know you’re counting on this gear for your next adventure!
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected:
– Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after dispatch (typically 12-17 days total)
– Free Shipping: 15-25 days after dispatch (typically 17-27 days total)

Pro Tip: Order by Wednesday noon CST for fastest processing. Weekend orders ship Monday.
How can I track my order?

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees! The price you see at checkout is what you’ll pay, with the exception of any import duties or taxes that may be required by your country (these are not controlled by Daiwa Store).
Do you offer price matching?
We regularly check competitors’ pricing to ensure we’re offering the best value on premium fishing gear. While we don’t have a formal price matching policy, if you find a significantly better price elsewhere, contact us and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unused items in original condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
How do I return an item?
1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship it back to us (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
What items cannot be returned?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
– Used lures or terminal tackle
– Items not in original condition
– Custom or special order items
– Items damaged due to misuse

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company.
