Our Return Policy

We stand behind our premium fishing equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Important Exceptions:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Hooks & Terminal Tackle (once opened)
  • Used fishing line
  • Custom or personalized items

All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your fishing gear:

  1. Contact Our Team – Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we get all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization – Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our address at:

  5. Track Your Return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size, color, or product:

  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective:

International Returns
